Cake Kernels is a privately owned business, based and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina. We offer a variety of sweet inspired flavors that are handcrafted in small batches and served fresh at local community events and festivals.

Established in 2017, we pride ourselves on creating high quality and innovative gourmet, cake inspired flavored popcorn. Each Cake Kernel flavor can be directly connected to a dessert provided from our sister bakery, Lili’s Sweet Shop.
